The most versatile all-mountain freerider with state-of-the-art construction and an extremely wide range of applications for experienced skiers who appreciate sharp turns in all terrain and on all slopes.

The Mantra model has a different geometry and a centre radius shortened by one metre with 3D Radius Sidecut waist technology. It is important to know that three different radii combined in one ski generally provide extremely versatile cornering characteristics. The central 16 m radius further increases the variety of turns. Particularly lovers of tight, sharp and cutting turns will find something to their liking here. This provides a particularly sporty, intuitive riding style on groomed trails, but also the agility required to maintain better manoeuvrability in demanding terrain.

Thanks to the reduced central radius, the driving effort is reduced. The Mantra 88 is also equipped with Tailored Carbon Tips and a Tailored Titanal Frame, clearly demonstrating that riding pleasure is the middle name of Mantra skis.

The Tailored Titanal Frame, which is used on the Mantra, Secret, Kendo and Kenja models, is a new version of the well-known Titanal Frame. Thanks to this design, the width of the titanal top sheet can be adapted to the length of the ski and the resulting torsional stiffness, as well as the required shock absorption characteristics of the skier. For shorter ski lengths, the titanal content is reduced so that even a shorter or lighter skier can get the most out of their ski with little effort.

The Mantra 88 model is extremely versatile thanks to the Tailored Carbon Tips. The carbon fibres applied using the Tailored Fibre Placement (TFP) method enable optimum control in the turns. The thickness and orientation of the fibres define the required power and energy accumulation exactly where it is needed.

A special feature is the agile response of the bow. This means that as soon as you start a turn, you can control the ski in a measurable and easy way. In other words, you simply have to think about changing direction - and you're done. In addition, this construction allows you to reduce weight without sacrificing stability.

The Mantra 88 with Tip and Tail Rocker profile also uses a proven multi-layer wood core, surrounded by a continuous Full Sidewall and a P-Tex 2100 base.

The ski comes with Marker Griffon 13 D 90mm bindings.
