Unlike its predecessor, the M6 Mantra, the M7 Mantra model uses the 4 Radius Drive construction - an advanced solution with 3D Radius Sidecut waist and an innovation from Völkl not yet found in any other model. With this technology, Völkl is setting new standards in the ability to change the turning radius, combining easy handling with stability. This gives maximum versatility in a variety of snow conditions both on and off piste, with greater stability on hard surfaces and better performance on soft snow.

By adapting the titanal elements to the different ski lengths and thus to the skier's body structure, it is possible not only to optimise the weight of the tip and heel, but also to influence the torsional stiffness, thus improving the handling characteristics. This maintains the familiar stability of a titanium ski while making the Mantra M7 perceptibly lighter and more agile in handling.

Tailored Carbon Tips further improve the handling characteristics of the Mantra M7 skis. The special positioning of the carbon fibres ensures precise tip response and significantly improves the torsional stiffness of the ski.
